Gareth, our head baker, brings years of experience and a deep respect for traditional techniques, whether he’s shaping sourdough at dawn or experimenting with new flavour combinations. His bakes are honest, hearty, and made with care.
Alison brings the warmth and charm that defines everything we do, from customer service to creative direction and community events.
